Wikisita Main 4 years, 3 months ago The SITA NYC center was the “most sophisticated in the entire network”. in 1971 the decision was taken to replace the former Univac 418-II with a more powerfull Univac 418-III. This migration was performed in September 1971 and came along with a relocation of the site to Bohemia. The photograph shows the new installation.
