Company referentials were introduced at SITA in the early 2000’s.
I was involved in this project because I needed these referentials to improve avtivityand revenue reporting and forecasting, which had become my responsibility at that time.

The SITA network was getting quite complex and the map was hardly fitting a page!

In this article, authored by Chretien, Konig and Rech, a rather complete functional description of the SITA network, as operational in 1973 (provided by Jean-Pierre Gaudard).
